As a jazz guitarist, I love enriching the atmosphere of all kinds of events. To me, performing music is more than just handling the musical portion of your event. Part of my job is to put you at ease as your event proceeds, so you can actually enjoy your event along with your guests.

I'm Dave Lockwood, and making music has been the focus of my life for the past 30 plus years. Growing up in the 80's, I developed my love for music through the rock bands at the time. Once I was exposed to jazz guitar - through my college bookstore - my life's trajectory was set from there.
Through the many events I've performed for - both public and private - I've discovered that planning an event is equal parts art and science. The goal for all parties involved is to bring people together, and give them an unforgettable experience. As I'm sure you know, this outcome is easier said than done. Many events don't quite hit the goals that their planners had intended at the outset.
While I can't help you with all the aspects of your event, I will give you peace of mind by handling my portion of it. Here are the steps you need to take:
